With more than 15,000 nautical miles logged, he has built an impressive career across charter operations, ocean deliveries, and yacht refits, combining hands-on technical expertise with an exceptional flair for guest service. Will is a RYA Yachtmaster Offshore and is currently completing his Yachtmaster Ocean certification. His qualifications extend beyond sailing, including PADI Open Water, RYA Dinghy Instructor, and BKSA Kitesurf Instructor, which allow him to safely introduce guests to a wide range of on-the-water activities. Prior to joining Semper Fidelis, Will captained luxury crewed catamarans in the British Virgin Islands, including the Bali 5.4, where he developed a reputation for keeping yachts in impeccable condition, managing every system onboard, and curating unique itineraries that showcased the hidden gems of the Caribbean.
